Senior Fullstack Developer

About the role

Naseej is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions for its e‑learning and digital transformation platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, optimizing queries for performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Implement workflow automation using Camunda BPM (preferred).
• Collaborate on front‑end integration using JavaScript frameworks, primarily React.
• Apply best practices for code quality, testing (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Partner with DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and container orchestration.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with Keycloak for identity and access management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
