Senior Graphic Designer – Digital Agency

About the role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at AWstreams you will translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives for regional and local clients. You will lead visual execution, mentor junior designers and help raise the agency’s creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce high‑quality visual assets for social media, web, digital advertising and occasional print.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, copywriters and account managers from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict agency deadlines.
• Review and provide feedback to junior and mid‑level designers to improve overall output.
• Prepare final design files for various digital formats, ensuring technical accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual, strategic and creative visual work across multiple industries.
• Excellent eye for typography, colour theory, layout composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently without compromising quality.
• Proven time‑management skills handling fast‑paced client accounts.
