Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑quality visual assets that support the university’s brand, marketing, and communication goals. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure a consistent visual identity across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of creative projects for marketing, communications, and events, including print, digital, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to understand project goals and tailor designs to strategic objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce the university’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the full production cycle from concept to final output, coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
• Create designs for websites, social media, print publications, presentations, and signage.
• Stay updated on design trends, software, and technologies to enhance creative output.
• Review and approve external vendor designs, providing constructive feedback.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by senior marketing leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Certificate or diploma in graphic design is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
