Senior HR Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

OPPO Egypt Manufacturing is seeking a proactive Senior HR Employee Relations Specialist to join its HR team in 10th of Ramadan City. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and handling employee concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies.
• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
• Conduct investigations, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations.
• Support performance management and employee counseling processes.
• Monitor attendance, misconduct, and disciplinary records.
• Coordinate with legal and management on labor‑related matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Advise managers on best practices in employee relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• HR Diploma (mandatory).
• 4–7 years of experience in employee relations within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent investigation, conflict‑resolution and communication abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
