Senior HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Senior HR Generalist to lead end‑to‑end HR operations. The role bridges business needs with HR expertise, ensuring smooth personnel administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including personnel administration, employee relations, and adherence to local labor laws.
• Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate closely with the payroll team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, providing HR guidance and resolving employee‑relations issues.
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate operational reports and HR metrics, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of all HR modules, including recruitment, personnel, employee relations, and payroll.
• Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in multinational or matrix‑structured organizations is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
