Senior HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Interact Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to lead and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted HR Business Partner, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law while delivering accurate payroll, compensation, and employee‑relations services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Manage the monthly payroll cycle, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and allowances.
• Handle employee‑relations issues, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and monitor compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and generate HR reports for senior management.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with managers to provide HR guidance on conflict resolution and workforce planning.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a related HR role.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll and compensation & benefits administration.
• Proven ability to manage employee‑relations matters, investigations, and grievances.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
