Senior Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the customization and deployment of our software solutions for fintech, finance and accounting clients. The role involves close collaboration with customers throughout the gap‑analysis, implementation and post‑go‑live phases to ensure a seamless experience and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to gather data and perform gap analysis for tailored software customization.
• Install and configure customized software systems and all required components.
• Guide clients through each implementation phase, addressing questions and concerns.
• Diagnose, research and resolve user issues and requests.
• Execute system testing, run test cases and document identified issues.
• Prepare regular analytical reports and stay updated on new releases.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones and deliverables to meet budget and schedule.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an Implementation Specialist, Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong focus on fintech, finance and accounting applications.
• Proven project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Solid problem‑solving capabilities.
