Senior Interior Designer Engineer – Freelance Instructor

About the role
We are looking for a senior interior designer engineer to create and deliver practical engineering training modules on a freelance basis. You will design content that reflects real‑world projects, focusing on hands‑on implementation rather than theoretical lectures.
Key responsibilities
- Develop training videos using screen‑recording with voice narration.
- Monitor learner progress and provide structured feedback.
- Collaborate with the Delveng team to continuously improve course quality.
- Integrate modern engineering tools and AI technologies where applicable.
- Ensure all material reflects professional workflows and real engineering practice.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the chosen specialization.
- Strong experience in design or site supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for sharing practical engineering knowledge.
- Teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Proficiency with ETABS.
- Proficiency with SAP2000.
- Proficiency with HAP.
- Proficiency with DIALux.
- Proficiency with Navisworks.
- Proficiency with Primavera or similar project‑management tools.
