Senior Landscape Manager - Development

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is looking for a Landscape Senior Manager to lead the strategic planning, design management and execution of landscape projects across its portfolio. The role drives excellence in landscape architecture, sustainability, project delivery and stakeholder management, in line with the company's vision, brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee landscape design and construction across multiple projects, aligned with master plans, quality standards, budgets and timelines.
• Manage the full landscape development process, from concept design through execution, handover and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, planning and commercial teams on integrated development strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for landscape architecture and review and approve designs, drawings, material specifications and construction methods.
• Monitor schedules, progress and resources, and oversee budget planning, cost control, procurement and value engineering.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with regulations, environmental standards and health and safety policies.
• Promote sustainable practices, water-efficient solutions and environmentally responsible design.
• Lead, mentor and develop landscape teams, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 12-15+ years of experience in landscape design, development and project management in large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record managing complex landscape projects from design through execution.
• Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of landscape architecture principles, construction methods, irrigation systems, hardscape and softscape works, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in technical landscape drawings, specifications and design coordination.
• Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control and contractor management.
• Proficiency in landscape design software and project management tools.
