Senior Lead Recruiter – BPO (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, well‑connected Senior Lead Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for call‑centre positions. The role focuses on building talent pipelines for BPO organisations operating in Egypt while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, social media, networking and market mapping specifically for call‑centre roles.
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate credentials, cultural fit, English proficiency and relevant technical abilities.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, pipeline status, salary benchmarks and actionable recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer extension and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian hiring policies and applicable global regulations.
• Negotiate offers, handle counter‑offers and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and generate regular recruitment metrics.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear and timely communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in call‑centre or customer‑service hiring.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess behavioral traits and cultural fit.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment law relevant to recruitment in Egypt.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with major ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
