Senior Learning Experience Leader (Senior Trainer)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Leader (Senior Trainer) to lead the design, development and delivery of training programs for call‑center agents and support staff across its BPO operations. The role combines curriculum creation, data‑driven coaching and quality compliance to boost agent performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full training lifecycle, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales, soft‑skill and customer‑service excellence programs for new hires.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials, instructor‑led sessions, online courses and job aids aligned with adult‑learning principles such as the AGES model.
• Conceptualize and launch training strategies based on operational data, client requirements and industry best practices.
• Plan and organise resources for each class, manage classroom delivery and implement contingency plans for technical or logistical issues.
• Conduct training needs assessments and use performance analytics to guide coaching and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards across multiple BPO accounts and lines of business.
