Senior Lifestyle Manager – Luxury Concierge Services

About the role

The Senior Lifestyle Manager provides premium concierge support to BDO Esnad members, handling their personal and travel requests both locally and internationally. You will act as the main point of contact via email, WhatsApp and phone, turning members' lifestyle wishes into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries and manage requests for travel, dining, entertainment, sports events, spa and beauty treatments, gifting, and event planning.
• Provide tailored recommendations and make bookings across a wide range of luxury services.
• Use a CRM system to track interactions, ensure high‑quality service, and collaborate with a global team.
• Maintain detailed records and follow company policies while delivering world‑class service.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in a similar lifestyle or concierge role.
• Fluent spoken English and Arabic; excellent written English.
• University graduate, preferably in PR, marketing, travel, social sciences or liberal arts.
• Experience in hospitality, high‑end customer service, luxury retail, events, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms (training will be provided).
