Senior Liquidity & Fixed Income Fund Manager

About the role

Investia Capital Group is looking for a senior professional to lead liquidity, money‑market and fixed‑income portfolios across its investment funds. The role demands hands‑on investment decision‑making and active management of institutional assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and investment portfolios across Investia’s funds and structures.
• Develop and execute strategies for treasury bills, government securities, money‑market instruments, bank deposits and fixed‑income securities.
• Balance portfolio liquidity, capital preservation, yield, duration and risk.
• Monitor interest rates, market conditions, yield curves and emerging investment opportunities.
• Make asset‑allocation, duration, maturity and investment decisions.
• Evaluate banks, NBFIs, issuers and other counterparties from credit and investment perspectives.
• Track portfolio performance, liquidity, concentration and risk metrics.
• Participate in the creation and management of specialized funds and new investment structures.
• Collaborate with custodians, fund administrators, compliance, investment teams, banks and other market participants.

Required profile

• 15+ years of financial‑markets experience, preferably 20+ years.
• Proven track record in direct investment decision‑making and portfolio management.
• Previous roles such as Fixed Income Fund Manager, Money Market Fund Manager, Liquidity Fund Manager, Treasury Investment Manager or senior asset‑management positions.
• Strong practical knowledge of fixed income, money markets, treasury bills, government securities and interest‑rate environments.
