Senior Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor to lead our maintenance and operations team at DP World Sokhna Logistics Park. The role ensures efficient execution of plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and water pump maintenance while upholding the company’s quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company policies for operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities, identify maintenance needs, and submit recommendations.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team to meet timelines and standards.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all facilities and systems.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Design improvement plans to sustain and enhance maintenance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in facility operations and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
