Senior Manager – Business Analyst (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Analyst activities within the ETIC unit in Cairo. You will act as the general manager for commercial and internal software products, bridging business needs, user experience, and technology to drive market‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, develop, and manage the full lifecycle of assigned products, from concept through release and end‑of‑life.
• Lead commercialization, go‑to‑market strategy, sales enablement, and ongoing product support.
• Provide strategic advisory to clients, influencing decisions and delivering high‑impact outcomes.
• Coach and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive environment.
• Navigate complex, ambiguous situations, applying sound judgment and escalating when necessary.

• Proven senior‑level experience in product management or business analysis within an advisory or technology context.
• Strong ability to communicate holistic stories and influence stakeholders at all levels.
