Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Americana Restaurants is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its overall marketing strategy across the MENA region. The role will drive brand growth, customer engagement and revenue generation for a portfolio that includes KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, Krispy Kreme and other leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth targets.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Plan and implement multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social media and offline activations.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team to foster high performance and collaboration.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimise resource allocation and maximise ROI.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance online presence and performance marketing outcomes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and overall impact.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
• Innovate marketing approaches using data, technology and creative strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful brand growth and revenue‑driving strategies.
• Experience in the F&B, retail or FMCG industry.
