Senior Mechanical Site Engineer (8+ Years Experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Site Engineer to join our technical team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex mechanical installations on-site, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards of engineering excellence, safety, and efficiency.

Main Missions

• Supervise all mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Ensure all installations strictly adhere to technical drawings, project specifications, and established timelines.
• Coordinate seamlessly with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors to maintain project synergy.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and strict compliance with health and safety (HSE) regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges on-site promptly to prevent delays.
• Prepare detailed daily/weekly site reports regarding progress, resources, and technical issues.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in mechanical site supervision and execution.
• Strong expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) and on-site implementation.
• Expert ability to read, interpret, and implement complex technical blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
