Senior O2C Manager – Finance

About the role

The O2C Senior Manager will lead the Order‑to‑Cash function within the Group Finance Shared Service Centre. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role ensures accurate billing, robust accounts‑receivable processes, and reliable revenue reporting while partnering with Asset Management, Property Services, Business Units and Leasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide finance business partnership to Asset Management, Property Services, BU and Leasing teams for accounts‑receivable and revenue matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning through validation of tenant revenue figures.
• Oversee timely and accurate generation of A/R invoices and maintain segregation of duties.
• Analyse tenant performance, rent ratios and KPI reports for senior management.
• Run monthly integrity, reconciliation and substantiation reports for O2C accounts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, implement audit recommendations.
• Review lease data, signed agreements and billing requests before posting.
• Maintain monthly closing check‑lists and ensure proper doubtful‑debts provisioning.
• Identify and drive process standardisation and improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide the O2C team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in finance, specifically Order‑to‑Cash or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting, billing cycles and lease‑related finance.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work with auditors and implement recommendations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and process efficiency.
