Senior Odoo Developer

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Odoo Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Odoo ERP solutions. In this role you will drive end‑to‑end project delivery, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑performance, scalable implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Odoo modules tailored to business needs.
- Lead ERP implementations and manage technical project timelines.
- Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and external APIs.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability.
- Mentor and support junior developers throughout the development lifecycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional Odoo development experience.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
- Experience delivering full‑time, senior‑level responsibilities in an IT environment.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- JavaScript development.
- XML for Odoo view definitions.
- PostgreSQL database management.
- Deep knowledge of the Odoo framework and its APIs.
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh or Linux‑based deployment environments.
