Senior Odoo Implementer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Implementer to lead full‑cycle Odoo projects across multiple modules, driving digital transformation for our clients in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Odoo implementations (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, etc.).
• Conduct business analysis sessions, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs and functional documentation.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules and collaborate with developers on functional specifications.
• Lead UAT sessions, manage feedback and ensure successful go‑live.
• Handle data migration, validation and accuracy checks.
• Deliver client training and create user documentation.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including demos and proof‑of‑concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce or related field.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience and 3+ years of hands‑on Odoo implementation.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, HR and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in process mapping, gap analysis and stakeholder management.
• Client‑facing experience with workshop facilitation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
