About the Role
Join a leading fintech innovator and take charge of driving merchant growth through strategic field engagement. As an Outdoor Account Manager, you will be the face of our financial solutions, building lasting relationships and maximizing value within our existing merchant ecosystem.
Main Missions
- Conduct regular on-site merchant visits to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement rigorous follow-up processes to maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention.
- Identify and execute strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Paymob's diverse financial product suite.
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of merchant accounts through proactive relationship management.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize merchant activity and revenue.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development, preferably in Fintech or Banking.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile schedule effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic growth plans.
- Results-oriented professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
