Senior Outsystems Developer

About the role

Singleclic Ltd is looking for a Senior Outsystems Developer to join its remote team. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining high‑performance web and mobile applications on the OutSystems low‑code platform, supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and OutSystems modules.
• Develop, integrate and optimize APIs, web services and data models.
• Maintain and improve existing applications for reliability, performance and usability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers and project managers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with OutSystems (Reactive and/or Traditional Web and Mobile).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST/SOAP integration patterns.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices, OOP, design patterns, version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to gather requirements, produce technical specifications and propose scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments (banking, healthcare, government, large corporations).
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Capability to mentor less‑experienced developers.
