Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Ocoda Agency is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to drive the digital transformation of its travel and tourism project, Hojuzat. You will own the paid‑media budget, shift the business from offline to a high‑velocity online travel agency, and build a sustainable performance engine that fuels revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a monthly spend across web and app channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search, UAC, ASA) with a focus on the Saudi Gen‑Z and Millennial elite segment.
• Own the Adjust MMP configuration, including event mapping, probabilistic matching and SKAN 4.0, to close the iOS tracking gap.
• Collaborate with the MarTech team on server‑side GTM implementation to ensure zero data leakage between web searches and app bookings.
• Integrate 10 years of offline customer data for advanced retargeting and look‑alike modelling.
• Lead A/B testing on bidding models (tCPA vs tROAS) and creative assets to reduce CAC and increase booking velocity.
• Direct creative teams on elite‑focused performance assets and embed AI/LLM tools for search‑term analysis and rapid copy generation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in OTA, travel or high‑ticket e‑commerce.
• Deep knowledge of the KSA digital landscape and elite consumer behaviour.
• Data‑driven mindset; able to defend scaling decisions to senior leadership.
