Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (B2C)

About the role

Almentor, the leading video-learning platform in Arabic founded in 2016, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (B2C). You will create and optimise performance marketing campaigns across online channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, working closely with the Content and Marketing teams to drive subscriptions, app installs and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Create performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, and set and regularly review the parameters needed to optimise them.
• Implement the marketing brand and persona strategy across online platforms and manage day-to-day campaign adjustments to improve effectiveness.
• Liaise with Content and Marketing to produce designs and campaign content aligned with performance marketing analysis.
• Run cross-test and learn strategies to gather insight into campaign traffic, brand and user needs, and ensure continuous alignment with the marketing team before, during and after campaigns.
• Manage the installation of the mentor App to drive user engagement.
• Optimise campaigns by highlighting variables such as target audiences, bidding tactics and consumer habits to increase conversions.
• Extract data from ad accounts daily and enter it into shared dashboards so the team can share insights.
• Use Google Analytics and internal reports to track user behaviour and conversions, and propose action plans.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying or growth marketing.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Good organisation, planning, creative and writing skills.
• Up to date with the latest online marketing trends and measurement best practices.
