Senior Personal Banker

About the role

The Senior Personal Banker is responsible for driving volume and revenue through proactive customer acquisition and deepening existing relationships. The role combines sales expertise with a thorough understanding of complex banking products to meet targets within the Advising Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume and revenue goals by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships.
• Convert branch walk‑ins, referrals, marketing leads and self‑generated leads into new account relationships.
• Assess customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Support the Branch Manager with performance evaluation, KPI reporting and MIS preparation.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other departments to resolve pending cases.
• Meet outbound call, sales visit and cross‑sell targets as defined in the commercial plan.
• Maintain branch merchandising, stationery and ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Promote alternative delivery channels and manage Express Banking and Advisory operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal banking or retail financial services.
• Strong track record of meeting sales and relationship‑building targets.
• Ability to analyse complex products and stay updated on competitor offerings.
• Excellent communication and problem‑resolution skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Jupiter banking platform.
• Knowledge of KYC compliance procedures.
