Senior Preparation & Spinning Technician Specialists

About the role

We are seeking two senior technicians – one specialised in preparation and the other in spinning – to join our production team in Alexandria, Egypt. Both roles involve maintaining high‑performance textile machinery and ensuring product quality while supporting our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machine settings to optimise performance.
• For the preparation role: manage combing and roving processes, achieve fine yarn counts (Ne 60‑120), and drive productivity spikes.
• For the spinning role: operate spinning machines, achieve fine yarn counts (Ne 60‑120), and drive productivity spikes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in preparation or spinning within an industrial production environment.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to meet fine‑count specifications (Ne 60‑120) and improve productivity.
