Senior Procurement Engineer

About the role

Conserv is seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer to lead the procurement process for construction projects at its New Cairo headquarters. You will work closely with design and tendering teams to ensure that all material and service requirements are met efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse bills of material and construction drawings to identify procurement needs.
• Negotiate payment terms and contract conditions with suppliers while maintaining high integrity.
• Prepare and maintain procurement logs and supplier price lists.
• Follow up with suppliers from negotiation through to successful delivery on site.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and acquire samples when required.
• Maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with supplier updates until contract award.
• Monitor market developments, receive price quotations, and support vendor development.
• Assist the Tendering Department as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction procurement, with a focus on fit‑out and finishing.
• Egyptian nationality.
