Senior Product Manager

About the role

Limitless Naturals, a fast-growing wellness brand founded in 2020 and now expanding into selected international markets, is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The role contributes to the brand's mission of improving human health and well-being, meeting the highest standards of excellence in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead patient access programs and awareness campaigns to grow product reach.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: positioning, differentiation and launch execution.
• Build forecasts, sales projections and annual budgets for the portfolio.
• Monitor product performance and ensure quarterly targets are met.
• Support sales teams with strategic guidance, training and marketing tools.
• Engage KOLs and VIP HCPs through visits, conferences and medical events.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their development.
• Ensure accurate regulatory documentation for new product submissions.
• Optimize spending and deliver strong ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business or a related field; MBA or marketing diploma preferred.
• 6 years of experience in marketing or product management within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong expertise in consumer DTC and HCP-integrated campaigns, with proven marketing results.
• Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing.
• Proficiency in English, with a strong focus on digital, strategy and innovation.
