Senior Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Cairo)

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist will drive promotion and sales of Imdad’s medical device portfolio to both new and existing customers in Cairo. The role combines consultative selling, after‑sales support, and in‑service training to ensure customers receive comprehensive product knowledge and ongoing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to present and sell Imdad products, creating or identifying needs for the portfolio.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and in‑service training at customer sites.
• Coach junior staff on market dynamics, product details, and sales techniques.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision‑makers, doctors, and end‑users.
• Update customer database with accurate contact information and product usage details.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions, and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry or related.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Based in Cairo with a valid driving licence and personal car.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
