Senior Production Engineer

About the role

The Senior Production Engineer ensures that manufacturing lines operate smoothly, efficiently, and meet quality standards. Working closely with supervisors, maintenance staff, and planning teams, the role coordinates daily workflow, material supply, and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Receive monthly production plans and translate them into detailed workflow schedules.
• Interpret shop drawings and lead manufacturing processes with supervisors.
• Implement weekly machine loading plans based on approved designs and sketches.
• Request required materials from inventory according to job specifications.
• Monitor production execution to follow the defined workflow and quality standards.
• Prepare daily production reports for manager approval and forward them to planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Align progress with projects, planning, and quality departments.
• Provide technical assistance to supervisors and technicians as needed.
• Verify machine safety checklists and ensure staff compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate production logs in line with the management system.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
