Senior Program Manager

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager at Aspire you will own large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives that shape the Marketplace ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering and UX teams to translate strategic goals into concrete program plans and deliver high‑impact platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑team Marketplace programs, including account unification, CIAM, messaging and AI‑driven features.
• Drive planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, roadmap commitments and OKRs while overseeing TPM and contractor capacity.
• Produce and maintain program artifacts such as project plans, RACI matrices and status reports.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program status, progress and issues to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of system architecture and high‑level technical flows.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven program and project management fundamentals (RACI, governance, reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities and dependencies simultaneously.
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Self‑starter with a strong ownership mindset.
