Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master – Connectivity Development

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a senior professional to lead complex internal offer development programs. The role combines project management responsibilities with Scrum Master duties, driving cross‑functional initiatives across product, marketing and connectivity services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary internal offer development projects, owning scope, timeline, budget, risks and delivery milestones.
• Translate internal and external customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management and alignment across business, technology, operations and commercial stakeholders.
• Coach Agile teams, facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, support iteration execution and remove delivery impediments.
• Foster high‑performing, self‑organising teams and improve Agile maturity.
• Coordinate transversal actions across Products and Marketing in Egypt, including up‑skilling and re‑skilling programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management and as a Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership, teamwork spirit and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Background in Telecommunications or IT sectors.
• Certified Scrum Master with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Open‑minded, adaptable and motivated to explore new knowledge.
