About the role
The Senior Property Consultant will drive sales of TMG’s property portfolio, building strong client relationships and delivering on ambitious revenue targets. This senior position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, market analysis, and collaborative teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and close sales of properties using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking and proactive outreach.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to maximise results.
- Provide market insights, customer needs, competitive activity and new‑product opportunities to management.
- Stay up‑to‑date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional strategies.
- Process customer orders using price lists and product literature, directing customers to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans and monthly performance reports.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions and reporting recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in real‑estate sales.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
