Senior Property Consultant

About the role

The Senior Property Consultant will drive sales of TMG’s property portfolio, building strong client relationships and delivering on ambitious revenue targets. This senior position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, market analysis, and collaborative teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and close sales of properties using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking and proactive outreach.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to maximise results.
• Provide market insights, customer needs, competitive activity and new‑product opportunities to management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional strategies.
• Process customer orders using price lists and product literature, directing customers to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans and monthly performance reports.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions and reporting recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in real‑estate sales.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
