Senior Purchasing Specialist – Manufacturing Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Purchasing Specialist with a strong manufacturing background to lead our procurement activities at Al‑Amin Gelatin Factory. The role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, reliable supplier performance, and uninterrupted production support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle from purchase request to delivery.
• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Issue and follow up purchase orders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Optimize costs through price, payment, and delivery negotiations.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Prepare purchasing and cost‑analysis reports.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
