Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer to lead cost management and contract administration across our construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure financial performance aligns with project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Monitor project costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and produce regular cost reports.
• Review tender documents, contracts, and specifications; manage subcontractor procurement and negotiations.
• Evaluate and certify contractor and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and track variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct risk and value management assessments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and procurement.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
