About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter who excels at high‑volume hiring. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for bulk hiring projects while ensuring speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass‑hiring initiatives.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, recruitment campaigns, and talent pipelines.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting for a wide range of positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs and timelines.
- Organise walk‑in interviews, hiring events, and recruitment drives.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process in partnership with HR and operations teams.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring.
- Proven ability to meet high‑volume hiring targets under tight deadlines.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Creative and efficient sourcing techniques.
