Senior Recruiter – High Volume Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter who excels at high‑volume hiring. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for bulk hiring projects while ensuring speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass‑hiring initiatives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, recruitment campaigns, and talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting for a wide range of positions.
• Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs and timelines.
• Organise walk‑in interviews, hiring events, and recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process in partnership with HR and operations teams.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring.
• Proven ability to meet high‑volume hiring targets under tight deadlines.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Creative and efficient sourcing techniques.
