Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our talent acquisition efforts across specialised sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, leveraging deep industry knowledge to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of specific recruitment disciplines and sectors, sharing insights with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Source high‑quality candidates using job boards, internal CV databases, LinkedIn, professional bodies and referrals.
• Qualify job requirements, manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, and ensure smooth onboarding, including visa and logistics coordination when needed.
• Cross‑sell services and candidates across departments to maximise business opportunities.
• Manage key client accounts, address contractor issues, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in a recruitment discipline with a strong understanding of technical terminology.
• Ability to build credible relationships with candidates and clients and to influence market rates.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of placing candidates and expanding client portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high compliance standards.
