About the role

Whitecollars is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment projects for its international clients. The role is client‑facing, high‑ownership and focused on delivering high‑quality candidates quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple vacancies, from intake and sourcing to shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management.
• Partner directly with international clients to understand hiring needs, clarify role expectations and set delivery priorities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using effective sourcing, screening and outreach methods.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments, evaluating candidate quality, fit and readiness.
• Present concise shortlists with clear judgment and hiring insights.
• Maintain momentum across active roles, ensuring timely follow‑ups and organized delivery.
• Represent Whitecollars professionally in all client and candidate interactions, enhancing employer brand.
• Identify risks early, surface blockers and take ownership to keep roles moving forward.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles for senior‑level positions.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent judgment, professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with international clients and remote hiring processes.
