About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive real‑estate sales in New Cairo. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensuring excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and convert prospective clients into successful property transactions.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with outsourced sales channels to maximize market coverage.
- Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and oversee post‑sale follow‑up.
- Track sales performance, generate reports and provide insights to the sales team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales with a record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
