Senior Sales Manager – B2C (Education)

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its B2C education portfolio in Nasr City, Egypt. You will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy, driving revenue, enrollment and conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the B2C sales strategy, annual plan and forecasting for the education portfolio.
• Identify new market segments, channels and partnerships to scale student acquisition.
• Lead, coach and manage a large B2C sales organization, setting targets, KPIs and incentive structures.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, optimize the funnel and use data‑driven insights to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Admissions and Operations to align campaigns, improve student experience and drive upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience with a strong B2C background.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing large sales teams, including sales managers, team leaders and agents.
• Proven track record in the education sector, preferably higher education or professional learning.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and conversion targets using data‑driven approaches.
