Senior Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Excellence team seeks a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to drive top‑line growth by standardising and continuously improving sales processes, tools and metrics. Reporting to the BA META Sales Excellence Leader, you will enable sales teams across META to execute best‑in‑class strategies and achieve sustained revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain a common curriculum and inventory of sales processes, tools and content that support Salesforce deployment, pipeline management and account planning.
• Own pipeline management, provide bi‑weekly updates and analyses for regional, global and executive reviews.
• Analyse sales metrics, audit process efficacy and recommend improvements to boost win rates and accelerate sales cycles.
• Establish and oversee Salesforce (SFDC) management practices, driving standardisation of sales processes and tools.
• Partner with strategic and product marketing to design new lead‑acquisition methods and data‑analysis frameworks.
• Support cross‑functional teams (Channel Ops, MarComs, Pricing, etc.) with data‑driven insights.
• Participate in annual budget development and sales quota deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations or commercial excellence, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to process large volumes of disparate data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Effective change‑agent capable of communicating key initiatives, handling objections and driving sustainable behavioural change.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both leadership and individual contributors.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) administration and management.
• Data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Microsoft Office Suite (MOS) proficiency.
