Senior Sales Representative – Specialist Sales (Mastercard Send)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to lead specialist sales for Mastercard Send across the EEMEA region. You will drive go‑to‑market strategy, support business development, and act as the primary ambassador for this innovative money‑movement solution.

Key responsibilities

• Craft tailored value propositions for priority customers in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan.
• Support pipeline creation, deal shaping, sales training and partner engagement.
• Evaluate business cases, new models and partnership opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Conduct market analysis, define KPIs and translate insights into commercial and product strategies.
• Collaborate with regional product teams and global New Payment Platforms groups to shape product evolution.
• Partner with the Customer Solutions Center Lead to identify, qualify and convert opportunities, ensuring seamless delivery and customer success.
• Serve as an internal and external ambassador for Mastercard Send, championing adoption across the ecosystem.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business development across payment types, technologies and diverse customer segments (banks, fintechs, corporates, merchants, software vendors, governments).
• Proven track record in sales strategy, market analysis and KPI‑driven performance management.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive product adoption.
