Senior SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist (SEO, AEO & GEO)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist to drive organic growth across our web properties, SaaS products, and service offerings. The role blends traditional SEO with emerging AI‑driven search optimization (AEO & GEO) to improve visibility on both classic search engines and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis, and develop content clusters to build topical authority.
• Perform technical SEO audits, improve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
• Implement structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and manage redirects.
• Create and optimize content for traditional search and AI‑powered answer engines, targeting featured snippets and AI overviews.
• Analyze competitors, identify keyword and content gaps, and devise internal linking and backlink acquisition plans.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and technical health using GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio; produce regular performance dashboards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in technical SEO and organic search.
• Proven track record of building SEO strategies that deliver measurable growth.
• Deep understanding of crawlability, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and server‑side rendering.
• Experience optimizing content for AI‑driven search experiences.
