Senior SEO & SEM Specialist – Digital Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and expand our SEO and SEM initiatives. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth, ideally within the furniture or interior design sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and optimise on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO, as well as Google Ads (SEM) campaigns.
• Manage website performance on WordPress, including content, SEO and UX improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market insight gathering.
• Optimise landing pages and sales funnels to increase conversion rates.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid campaigns (search, display, retargeting).
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools.
• Collaborate with design, content and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
• Proven track record of lead generation and performance‑marketing success.
• Google Ads/Analytics certification preferred.
• Experience in the furniture, interior design, luxury or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
