Senior SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, combining on‑page, off‑page, and technical tactics to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies, including LSI and semantic SEO.
• Optimize site architecture, meta elements, headers, internal linking, and navigation for crawlability and user experience.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to uncover ranking opportunities.
• Design and manage link‑building campaigns, secure high‑quality backlinks, and monitor backlink health.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile, Core Web Vitals, indexing) and implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt improvements.
• Collaborate with developers on migrations, SSL setup, and technical implementations.
• Track performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, producing actionable reports.
• Stay current with algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and E‑E‑A‑T principles.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Expert use of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and website architecture.
