Senior Shopify Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Shopify Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performing Shopify eCommerce sites. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless shopping experiences and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes.
• Implement new features using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Customize themes and templates to meet design and business requirements.
• Integrate third‑party applications, APIs, and external systems with Shopify.
• Configure and manage store settings, including products, collections, checkout, and payment gateways.
• Optimize store performance, page speed, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to themes, apps, and integrations.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Maintain best practices for security, scalability, and Shopify platform standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Shopify platform development.
• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Experience customizing and developing Shopify themes.
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Understanding of eCommerce workflows and store management.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
