Senior Sitecore Developer

About the role

Arcsen is seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to design and deliver a headless Sitecore solution that powers a large multi‑market website, member portal, and mobile app content layer. You will work closely with the integration team to connect Sitecore to enterprise CRM systems and set architectural patterns for the broader development group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Sitecore XM Cloud components, renderings, templates and serialized items for up to 200 page templates.
• Build and consume Experience/Edge APIs to expose personalization tokens to web and mobile front‑ends.
• Implement inbound and outbound integration handlers for lead capture, behavioral events, case submission and member actions.
• Create Sitecore‑native search and personalization surfaces such as homepage hero, offers and content blocks.
• Maintain a source‑controlled solution using Sitecore CLI serialization and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Write fully documented code, participate in code reviews and ensure security and performance standards.
• Support content migration, integration testing, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional Sitecore development experience.
• Hands‑on production experience with Sitecore XM Cloud or Sitecore Headless (JSS).
