Senior Social Media & Content Specialist – Music Industry

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Social Media & Content Specialist who lives and breathes music marketing. The role will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of social campaigns for artist releases, brand initiatives and digital storytelling, primarily on TikTok and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of social media and content strategies for artist launches, campaigns and brand projects.
• Plan, shoot, edit and schedule high‑impact content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook.
• Collaborate with artists, videographers, designers and editors to produce platform‑native visual assets.
• Design community‑building hooks and storytelling formats to grow and engage fan bases.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to amplify releases.
• Monitor platform insights, generate performance reports and refine strategies based on data.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, viral audio trends and short‑form video best practices.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and support on‑set content production during major release moments.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing within music, entertainment or media.
• Fluent English communication.
• Deep understanding of artist branding, music campaign rollouts and entertainment marketing.
• Proven record of scaling high‑performing Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Required skills

• Short‑form video production for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Content planning and calendar management.
