Senior Social Media Executive

About the role

Connection Marketing Ventures is seeking a proactive Senior Social Media Executive to lead the management of multiple client social media accounts. The role is based onsite in Sodic, Sixth of October and involves developing content strategies, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring high‑quality, engaging output for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee monthly content strategies and calendars aligned with client objectives.
• Lead day‑to‑day management of several client social media accounts.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling meetings, approvals, and ongoing communication.
• Generate creative content ideas and identify opportunities to strengthen clients' social media presence.
• Brief, coordinate, and supervise creative and media teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Review and approve content before publishing, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor account and campaign performance, preparing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, and industry topics.
• Manage publishing schedules to ensure timely delivery across platforms.
• Support social media campaigns, activations, and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client‑servicing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
• Excellent understanding of digital trends, content creation, and platform best practices.
